seems like my focus has not been on weight loss lately that is mainly coz i am busy with life

Body Pump - Done
Breakfast - 3 multigrain weetbix, skim milk and a banana and a coffee
Lunch - 2 rice paper rolls
Snacks Fruit and coffee
dinner - Chicken breast and brown rice
i love this time of year
but it’s not great for the scales
