It’s been a while
i thought i should blog again
a) coz my fav blogger tiny d is back
b) coz i should get serious about my nutrition and exercise
i know at the moment i am eating too much to lose weight i will work on that
i think i am scared about how hard it will be to get back on track. I know how hard i worked on diet and excercise when i was losing 1kg a week and i fear that i am too lazy and lack the committment to do it again.
i just need to keep working on it and have some confidence in myself
